Feeling comfortable and safe with a therapist is an important part of beginning the healing process. It can be difficult to find someone you trust during traumatic or uncertain times in your life. I have successfully treated couples, individuals, children, and families with a variety of presenting problems, and have also been trained in play therapy, sand tray therapy, EMDR, AUTPlay and Brain Gym. I utilize strength-based approaches and offer hope when hope is hard to find.
