I use a variety of counseling techniques including CBT, ACT, psychodynamics, family systems, and somatic therapy. How I combine these depends on the unique needs of each client. With couples, I combine Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and the Gottmann techniques. My work is always trauma-informed, attachment-oriented, and client-centered.
