I am a psychiatrist, analytically trained, who has been practicing in the Los Angeles area for thirty-five years. I am broadly in general psychiatry, psychoanalysis, psychodynamic and humanistic psychology as well as psychopharmacology and geriatric psychiatry. My approach utilizes humanistic, relational, cognitive and psychodynamic techniques that are interactive and unique to each person I treat. My special skills are in treating individuals with relationship and or career conflicts and life transitions.
My skills also include treating life transitions: marriage, starting a family, divorce and widowhood. Anxiety, depression and loss are also special areas of interest I utilize medication when indicated as well as psychology
