Despite your best intentions and efforts, do you feel stuck in your personal life, intimate relationships, family relationships or workplace? You may be faced with challenges that are deeply rooted in your early life experiences, your primary attachments, in how you view the world, or due to misunderstanding between you and significant others. Challenges can arise during stressful life transitions, such as divorce or death of loved ones. But they can also arise from positive life experiences, such as marriage or the birth of a child. Left untreated, these challenges can grow into chronic problems that can corrode your sense of self and your relationships.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in working with anxiety, eating disorders, men's issues, and high functioning multiracial couples and families. I provide a nonjudgemental space and work collaboratively with my clients to empower them to overcome issues and become their best possible selves.
In addition to providing psychotherapy, I am a Divorce Mediator. I believe in empowering divorcing couples to make informed decisions that work for them and their families. Divorce mediation can save valuable time and money while avoiding the painful animosity and hostility which typically accompany divorce litigation.

Ms. Haye made unprofessional and unsympathetic comments that belittled my complaints, and when I confronted her over email, she did not deny she said them. Further, many of our sessions were about my problem of getting "shut out" by people. She later contradicted herself over the state of her familiarity about this type of problem, misunderstood me, accused me of trying to conduct therapy over email, and dropped me as a client after I persistently called her out on her behavior. Therapists are supposed to be empathetic, attentive, and consistent, and she was lacking in these areas. As a result of this experience, I have lost self-esteem and lost trust in the therapeutic process. Ms. Haye ended up doing the same thing I went to therapy to her for: she "shut" me out of her life. She did this because I was persistent in finding out why she contradicted herself.
