Michael Kolasa is a Certified 3HO Kundalini Yoga Instructor, and a practitioner of Siddha Yoga Meditation, who has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for most of his life. For the past few years Michael has been traveling around the world teaching yoga and meditation, giving workshops, and playing Kirtans. Michael is an accomplished musician and Kirtan recording artist whose music is available through Spirit Voyage Music and on his website at KolasaMusic.com. In addition, Michael is a licensed Psychotherapist specializing in an Holistic Yogic/Spiritual approach to psychotherapy, counseling and healing. Michael incorporates Psychotherapy, Yoga, Meditation, and Music/Sound in his unique integrative approach to healing. Michael served as a faculty member for Deepak Chopra’s website MyPotential.com. Michael currently resides in San Diego, CA.
