I am a clinical psychologist and certified health coach in private practice for over 20 years. My area of expertise is the treatment of anxiety, depression and weight and health issues. My philosophy is to help clients become healthy both physically and mentally. I believe when one has a strong physical foundation, it is much easier to handle life's challenges. Many clients who seek treatment with me suffer from anxiety, depression, low self esteem and weight and health problems. As health improves and weight stabilizes, they often experience concomitant improvement in mood and mental well being.
My approach is holistic, non-judgmental and compassionate Together we will identify the repeating patterns in your life. I am goal oriented and will give you the tools you need to make changes. Treatment is structured so that you will have 2-3 goals a week to make lasting changesThe mind and body are intimately connected.
